These Terms of Service apply to the Kauppuri 5 Burgers online store and to all orders placed through it. By using the online store, you agree to these terms.
1. General
The products in the online store are sold by Kauppuri 5 Burgers, Business ID 2327478-4.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time the order is placed.
2. Products and Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and to correct possible errors in product descriptions.
3. Ordering
An order is created when the customer has accepted the order in the online store checkout and completed payment. An order confirmation will be sent by email.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, for example in cases of incorrect pricing, product information errors, or availability issues.
4. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through the Shopify platform and its payment service providers.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods and delivery times are displayed in the online store.
Digital products (such as gift cards) are delivered electronically.
Delivery terms for physical products are described in a separate Shipping and Delivery Policy section.
6. Right of Cancellation and Returns
The right of cancellation and returns is determined on a product-by-product basis and is described in separate terms (for example, personalized products and digital gift cards).
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. technical disruptions or force majeure).
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the online store (texts, images, logos) is the property of Kauppuri 5 Burgers or used with permission. Copying the content without permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, the matter may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board.
