Ceiling Tiles

A ceiling tile is a physical plywood tile that is not delivered to the customer. Based on the selection made at the time of purchase, the ceiling tile is manufactured either by the entrepreneur or by the restaurant’s staff.

Ceiling tile purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The product is a personalized, one-of-a-kind item made according to the customer’s instructions and therefore cannot be reused.

Gift Cards
1. Delivery
The e-commerce system delivers the digital gift card automatically to the email address provided by the customer immediately after the order has been successfully confirmed.
No physical delivery is involved.
2. Right of Cancellation
Right of cancellation: Digital gift cards generally do not have a right of cancellation, as they are delivered electronically and are available for use immediately upon delivery.
Exceptions: If the digital gift card has not yet been activated or used, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the possibility of cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Instructions
To cancel a gift card purchase, please follow the instructions below:

Contact us: Notify us of your wish to cancel the gift card purchase by email or phone. Please include the gift card number, purchase amount, and purchase date.

If the gift card is unused, we can generally cancel the gift card and refund the amount paid.
4. Problem Situations
If the gift card is defective, does not function correctly, or was not received, please contact our customer service immediately. We will review the situation together and aim to reach a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.
